«رانرز» منصة توصيل تعمل في جمهورية مصر العربية تربط بين التجار ومندوبي التوصيل لتنفيذ طلبات الشحن والتحصيل عند الاستلام. نحن المسؤول عن معالجة بياناتك الشخصية بموجب هذه السياسة. Runners is a delivery marketplace operating in Egypt that connects merchants and delivery couriers to fulfil shipping and cash-on-delivery orders. We are the party responsible for processing your personal data under this policy.

2البيانات التي نجمعهاData we collect

بيانات الحساب والهويةAccount & identity

الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، كلمة المرور، ونوع الحساب (تاجر أو مندوب). Name, email address, phone number, password, and account type (merchant or courier).

التحقق من الهوية (للمندوبين)Identity verification (couriers)

رقم وصور البطاقة الوطنية، صورة تحقق حيّة (سيلفي)، وبيانات المركبة ورخصة القيادة. تُخزَّن مستندات الهوية في مساحة خاصة لا يُتاح الوصول إليها إلا لفريق المراجعة المخوّل. National ID number and images, a live verification selfie, and vehicle/driving-licence details. Identity documents are stored privately and accessible only to authorised reviewers.

الموقع الجغرافيLocation

موقعك الدقيق لتحديد نقاط الاستلام والتسليم وعرضه على الخريطة. بالنسبة للمندوبين فقط، نتتبّع الموقع في الخلفية أثناء وجود طلب توصيل نشِط حتى يتمكن التاجر من متابعة شحنته مباشرةً — ولا يتم التتبّع في الخلفية دون طلب نشِط. Your precise location to set pickup/dropoff points and show your position on the map. For couriers only, we track location in the background while you have an active delivery so the merchant can follow the shipment live — there is no background tracking without an active delivery.

المحتوى الذي تقدّمهContent you provide

رسائل المحادثة، الرسائل الصوتية، الصور (إثبات التسليم، الدعم، المحادثة)، تفاصيل الطلبات، وبيانات المستلمين وعناوينهم. Chat messages, voice notes, photos (delivery proof, support, chat), order details, and recipient names and addresses.

البيانات الماليةFinancial data

رصيد المحفظة والمعاملات، مبالغ التحصيل عند الاستلام، وبيانات الحساب البنكي لصرف المستحقات. لا نقوم بتخزين أرقام البطاقات البنكية كاملة؛ تُعالَج مدفوعات البطاقات لدى مزوّد الدفع مباشرةً. Wallet balance and transactions, cash-on-delivery amounts, and bank-account details for payouts. We do not store full card numbers; card payments are handled directly by our payment processor.

بيانات الاستخدام والجهازUsage & device

معرّفات الجهاز، تفاعلاتك داخل التطبيق، بيانات الأعطال والأداء، وعنوان IP. Device identifiers, in-app interactions, crash & performance data, and IP address.

3كيف نستخدم بياناتكHow we use your data

• تشغيل خدمة التوصيل ومطابقة المندوبين بالطلبات.Operate the delivery service and match couriers to orders.
• التحقق من الهوية ومنع الاحتيال وحماية الحسابات.Verify identity, prevent fraud, and protect accounts.
• معالجة المدفوعات والتسويات وصرف المستحقات.Process payments, settlements, and payouts.
• إرسال الإشعارات المتعلقة بطلباتك وحسابك.Send notifications about your orders and account.
• تقديم الدعم وتحسين التطبيق وقياس فعالية حملاتنا التسويقية.Provide support, improve the app, and measure our marketing.

4المشاركة والأطراف الثالثةSharing & third parties

نشارك حدًّا أدنى من البيانات في الحالات التالية فقط: We share the minimum data necessary, and only in these cases:

• مع مستخدمين آخرين لإتمام التوصيل — يرى المندوب نقاط الاستلام/التسليم وبيانات تواصل المستلم، ويرى التاجر المندوب المُسنَد إليه الطلب. Other users to complete a delivery — a courier sees the pickup/dropoff and recipient contact; a merchant sees the assigned courier.
• مزوّدو الخدمة: Google Firebase (الاستضافة وقاعدة البيانات والتحليلات وتقارير الأعطال والإشعارات)، وخرائط Google، ومزوّد الرسائل النصية (رموز التحقق)، ومعالجات الدفع (Paymob/Vondera) لشحن المحفظة وصرف المستحقات. Service providers: Google Firebase (hosting, database, analytics, crash reporting, notifications), Google Maps, our SMS provider (verification codes), and payment processors (Paymob/Vondera) for wallet top-ups and payouts.
• شركاء القياس والإعلان: Meta (فيسبوك) و TikTok — لقياس فعالية إعلاناتنا وعمليات تثبيت التطبيق. على نظام iOS لا يحدث ذلك إلا إذا سمحت بالتتبّع (شفافية تتبّع التطبيقات). Advertising & analytics partners: Meta (Facebook) and TikTok — to measure the effectiveness of our ads and app installs. On iOS this only happens if you allow tracking (App Tracking Transparency).

5التتبّع والإعلاناتTracking & advertising

على نظام iOS نطلب إذنك أولًا (App Tracking Transparency) قبل أي تتبّع عبر التطبيقات؛ فإذا رفضت لا نشارك معرّفاتك مع Meta أو TikTok لأغراض التتبّع. يمكنك تغيير هذا الإذن في أي وقت من إعدادات نظامك. On iOS we ask your permission first (App Tracking Transparency) before any cross-app tracking; if you decline, we do not share your identifiers with Meta or TikTok for tracking. You can change this permission at any time in your device settings.

6مدة الاحتفاظ بالبياناتData retention

نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما ظل حسابك نشطًا، وبالقدر اللازم للوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية والضريبية والمحاسبية وتسوية النزاعات. We keep your data while your account is active, and as needed to meet legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations.

7الأمانSecurity

نستخدم التشفير أثناء النقل، ووصولًا مقيّدًا للبيانات، وتخزينًا خاصًا لمستندات الهوية. ومع ذلك لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة 100%. We use encryption in transit, restricted data access, and private storage for identity documents. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8حقوقكYour rights

لك الحق في الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، وفي سحب موافقتك على التتبّع. يمكنك ممارسة هذه الحقوق عبر أدوات التطبيق أو بالتواصل معنا. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to withdraw your tracking consent. You can exercise these rights through the app's controls or by contacting us.

9حذف الحساب والبياناتAccount & data deletion

يمكنك حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق: «الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب». يؤدي الحذف إلى إزالة ملفك الشخصي وبياناتك الشخصية، مع مراعاة مدد الاحتفاظ القانونية. You can delete your account from within the app: Profile → Delete account. Deletion removes your profile and personal data, subject to legal retention periods.

10الأطفالChildren

التطبيق غير موجَّه للأطفال دون سن 18 عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. The app is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11التغييرات على هذه السياسةChanges to this policy

قد نقوم بتحديث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، ويشير تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلى الصفحة إلى أحدث نسخة. We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version.
